The Funding & Tenders Portal is the European Commission’s central platform for all EU funding programmes and tenders, including Horizon Europe calls and project applications.

It offers a dedicated partner‑search function where organisations can search for potential partners in different EU‑funded projects. It enables you to filter prospects based on their past participation in EU projects, geographical location, organization type, or specific expertise requests and offers posted for open funding calls. You can also publish your own partner‑search request or expertise profile after registering your organization and obtaining your PIC (personal identification code).
