Project idea and proposal check

The NCP DIT offers to check your project idea, project sketches, part of proposals and full proposals to identify potential for improvement before the submission to the EU Commission’s Funding and Tenders Portal.

We analyse the suitability of your project idea in relation to the addressed call topic, the technical comprehensibility of the concept and the compliance with the formal aspects. The recommendations are based, among other things, on our expertise from numerous analyses of reviewers’ comments in the Evaluation Summary Reports of previous calls.

For the consultation, we offer a form in which the most important elements for the application are requested. However, the use of this form is not mandatory for using the service.

You will receive a comprehensive commentary with optimisation tips. Please involve us as early as possible in the support of your project idea so that fundamental changes may still be implemented if necessary.

We will be happy to support you throughout the entire application process – from the idea to the submission of the application. Our service is always free of charge and all information will of course be treated confidentially.
